Demi is still under Hollywood Records/Disney with her 3rd album. I don’t know if she would want to come back to Sonny,though.

Demi's record label is Hollywood Records, which is owned by Walt Disney, so yes, Disney probably still has a word on what songs she put on her album :) then again, Selena Gomez has the same label, and she still got to put a song like Rock God on her second album so I don't think they're *extremely* restrictive. Even though she had to fight for it a little XD
Well,idk about that song because I’m not a Selena fan but I do think that Disney will let Demi to be more open on her next album. They’d be too stupid to not let her do this.

so she's not leaving the disney 'name' because she's still working for them
